How do I update my payroll taxes in Sage 100 Contractor?

Resolution

 TIP:  Do not update taxes until you have finalized and verified your current year's payroll data and are ready to begin processing payroll for the new tax year.

  1. Update your payroll taxes by downloading and installing the year-end update and following the instructions in the article entitled What payroll calculations should be updated at the beginning of the new calendar year?
  2. The year-end update, available around mid-December and January, contains the new tax rates and limits for the new payroll year.
  3. The year-end update is compatible with the latest versions of Sage 100 Contractor only. If you have any questions about upgrading, contact your Sage Business Partner.
