Steps to access Sage 300 CRE and Sage Estimating installation logs.
Resolution
You can access log files in the Temp folder of the operator who installed Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. You can access the Temp folder as follows:
- Log on to the workstation or server with the installation issue as the operator who originally performed the install.
- Browse to C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Temp for that operator.
The following log files are available for Sage 300 CRE and Sage Estimating:
Accounting Server log files:
- Timberline Activation Dialog.log
- Timberline Misc Products.log
- Timberline Product Manifest Writer.log
- Timberline Software Requirements Checklist.[DD.MM.YYYY].log
- TsAccountingServerInstall.log
- tsSetAccClientMsi.log
Accounting Client log files:
- Timberline Misc Products.log
- Timberline Product Manifest Writer.log
- Timberline Software Requirements Checklist.[DD.MM.YYYY].log
- TsAccountingClientInstall.log
Estimating log files:
