No updates available when checking for updates

How to install updates when the update is not showing available after checking for updates in the program.

1. Close Sage 50 completely.
2. Right-click on the desktop icon and select Run as Administrator.
3. Try to check for updates again.

If updates are still unavailable, check the Download Portal for the latest download.

Files to allow through firewall and antivirus
