How do I add Companies for a User in Security?

Resolution

CAUTION: Sage support can't assist with third-party products, hardware, report customizations, or state and federal tax questions. Refer to our Scope of Support for more info. Contact your Sage business partner, network administrator, or accountant for assistance.

This solution requires an Application Administrator within 300CRE to follow these steps:

  1. Open Sage Desktop.
  2. Go to Tools or Options, Security Administration.
  3. Click User Setup.
  4. Highlight the User in the list on the left side.
  5. Go to the Companies tab
  6. Check all Companies to give the User access to.
  7. Click Save Changes at the top and close out.

Note: For the changes to take effect, the User must close out of and then reopen 300CRE.
