Aatrix registration message when printing payroll reports

You receive this message "This product is currently unregistered. To register now, call 800-253-1372". The message appears when printing payroll reports in Sage 300.

 Here are three ways to fix this registration issue.

Update Aatrix

• Re-download and apply the latest Aatrix update
• Repeat your command to check whether the error still appears

Confirm your company information is correct

Aatrix auto-registration uses your company details.

1. Open Common Services, Company Profile.
2. Check that this information, including your phone number, is accurate.
3. Save any changes.
4. Repeat your command to check whether the error still appears.

Request a registration code

Contact Sage Support, and give us this information: 

• Ten-digit Sage Account ID
• EIN (Employer Identification Number) in US Payroll, Payroll Setup, Options, Tax Number
• Company Name in Common Services, Company Profile, Doing Business As
• Your first and last name
• Your complete address, email and phone number (if any of these are different from our Sage Account records)
