Error: "System Manager (version #.#) is not compatible with the Payroll Tax Update ..."

In Sage 300, you receive the error when your versions of System Manager and Payroll aren't compatible.

Install the latest product updates for System Manager, US Payroll, and Canadian Payroll.

• Open support.na.sage.com.
• Log in with your Sage Portal credentials.
• Under the Support by product section, Select your product, choose Sage 300.
• Choose the version of Sage 300 you’re using.
• Under Latest updates, download and install the latest version.
