In Sage 300, your versions of System Manager and Payroll must be compatible. This error appears when they aren’t.
The full error is "The installed version of System Manager (version #.#) is not compatible with the Payroll Tax Update you are attempting to install..."
Install the latest product updates for System Manager, US Payroll, and Canadian Payroll.
- Open support.na.sage.com.
- Log in with your Sage Portal credentials.
- Under the Support by product section, Select your product, choose Sage 300.
- Choose the version of Sage 300 you’re using.
- Under Latest updates, download and install the latest version.
