Error: Cannot create a new year until other users leave Accpac

The full error message is, "You cannot create a new year until all other users leave Sage Accpac G/L."

1. In the Sage 300 desktop menu bar, open Help, Lanpak users.
2. If you see users logged into the company, ask them to log out. 
3. Try again to create a new fiscal year.

If the error remains:

1. Confirm that no users are in your company.
2. Reboot your database server. This releases all instances and processes connected to Sage 300.
3. Log back and try again to create a new fiscal year.
