T4 Box 14 employment Income

T4 Box 14 Employment Income updates from the INCTAX “Earnings Before Deductions” field.

Make sure the Tax Calculation Analysis report has the correct amount for INCTAX Earnings Before Deductions. If the T4 Box 14 is incorrect, go to:

1. Canadian Payroll, Tasks, Transaction History.
2. Select employee.
3. Enter a date and description.
4. Click Taxes tab.
5. Click row to insert INCTAX, then Insert, F5 and select INCTAX.
6. Fill in the required fields and enter the adjustment amount in the Earnings Before Deductions field.
7. Click Save when done.
