TIP: If you don't see Rollup in the drop-down list, use the down arrow on your keyboard to find it. - In the Rollup Mask field, type the leading digit or digits for the account group you're rolling up.
EXAMPLE: If you're rolling up the income accounts and they begin with the number 4, type 4
- After the leading digit, type zeros for the rest of the digits until you get to the department code.
EXAMPLE: If your income accounts each consist of for digits before the dash and department code, type 0000
- Then type asterisks for the department code.
EXAMPLE: If your income accounts have a department code consisting of a dash and one last digit, type **
EXAMPLE: Combining steps 6-8, your example Rollup Mask is 40000**
NOTE: If you want to change the name of the rollup, change it from ROLLUP in line 5 to "summary" and change the text. It will now roll up with the new text.
