Resolution

By default Sage Intelligence registration process uses a DIRECT Internet access in order to register your product, the error is caused if your Internet access is through a proxy vs being direct, to resolve:
First find out about your proxy setting, the best way to eliminate errors is to copy proxy setting from Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots in the top right corner to access the menu.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down and click on System and performance.
- Look for Open your computer’s proxy settings and click on it.

- If you are required to enter a login, select YES from the Prompt for Proxy logon and click Apply
