How to change the default report printing printer

How to change the Sage 100 Contractor default printer in the report printing window.

Verify that the Windows default printer is selected

1. Select the Windows Start button.
2. Select Printers and Devices.
3. Right-click on the icon for the preferred printer and select Set as default printer.
4. Close and re-open Sage 100 Contractor and open a report printing window. Your default printer will display.

Delete the report printing defaults

1. Open the report printing window.
2. From the menu, select Defaults and Delete printing defaults.
3. Close the printing window.
4. Reopen the report printing window and determine whether the default printer appears in the Printer pick list.

To select a specific default printer for a report

1. Open the report printing window.
2. Select the report number and the Report Form.
3. Choose the default printer from the Printer pick list.
4. Select the Tray, Quality, Size, and Copies.
5. Select Defaults, Save Printing Defaults.
