How do I change the inquiry window to show buttons or icons for the toolbar?

The classic view has buttons (with words on them) at the bottom of the inquiry screen. The toolbar view has icons (with pictures on them) at the top of the inquiry screen.

To change from classic view (with buttons at the bottome of the inquiry screen) to the toolbar view:

1. Click the button with the word Toolbar on it.
2. Click Yes to the message "Do you want to switch to the toolbar?"
3. Exit and restart the application in order for this change to take effect.

To change from toolbar view to the classic view:

1. Click the "Switch to classic view ...(Alt L)" or icon.
2. Click Yes to the message "Do you want to switch to the classic view?"
3. Exit and restart the application in order for this change to take effect.
