In Sage Fixed Assets - Depreciation:

  1. Open the Asset Detail view of the Disposed Asset.
  2. Go to Transactions Tab, click View Transaction.
  3. Edit field that needs to be changed.
  4. Click the Calculate button.
  5. Click OK, and Yes on the prompts.

NOTE: The Disposal Date and Like-Kind-Exchange disposals cannot be changed by this process. To change the Disposal Date or any information on a Like-Kind-Exchange, the disposal needs to be undone (Delete Last Transaction.) and re-entered with the correct information.
