Setup update benefits automatically

Resolution

Automatically recalculate benefits in Enterprise Setup:

Open Setup > System > Enterprise Setup, then go to the Enterprise Options tab.

Benefit update options

  • Daily — updates benefits only when users log in. Does not update when editing Employee pages.

  • By Employee — updates benefits only when users change Employee pages that trigger recalculation. Does not update at login.

  • Daily and By Employee — updates at login and when editing Employee pages.

  • Never — benefits update only when done manually.

Tip: When setting up a new system, choose Daily or Never to avoid recalculating after every change.
