Error: "Warning! You are posting to a future GL period."

The accounting date entered is after the current period in General Ledger.

Verify the date you entered is correct then select the option on the message appropriately:

• Yes: select this option if the date is correct and you want to continue
• Yes, and Don't Warn Me Again: select this option if the date is correct and you do not want to be warned again in this session
• No: select this option to go back and correct the date

To correct the current period in General Ledger:
