• Your system must meet the system requirements for both Sage BusinessWorks and the third-party product

Product Configuration Notes

• Sage BusinessWorks functions correctly with most DeskJet and laser printers
• Laser or high-speed ink jet printer
  • Multi-purpose printers: The program doesn't support high-end multi-purpose copy/printers. Support can't assist you with troubleshooting any issues related to them
• 1024 x 768 display (recommended)
• You need an Internet connection for payroll tax reporting, credit card processing, downloading software and authenticating maintenance updates
• Ensure at least 25% of the computer's hard disk space is available after installation
• Installation must be on a local drive. Data cannot be stored on One Drive, Sharepoint, or any other cloud based data point
• Sage BusinessWorks supports both 32 and 64-bit operating systems
  • Sage BusinessWorks uses the WoW 64 technology for 64-bit compatibility

What do I need to run Sage BusinessWorks remotely?

• Sage BusinessWorks supports any hardware that meets the Microsoft Windows Operating System requirements
• For more information, see Microsoft requirements
• Hardware requirements for each operating system can vary greatly. Your system must meet the Microsoft suggested system requirements for the best results. 64-bit operating systems require more disk space, memory, and processor speeds
• If your hardware doesn't meet the suggested system standards, it will adversely affect your operating performance
