Can you import credit card payments into Sage 300 CRE Accounts Payable?
Resolution
Accounts Payable can't import credit card payments directly into the software.
Sage Paperless Construction
Sage Paperless Construction (SPC) includes an import function for credit card statements. Learn more about Sage Paperless Construction, and contact Sage for more information.
You can import Credit Card Statement invoices with the credit card formats provided by major credit card companies:
- Quicken (.qfx)
- QuickBooks (.qbo)
- Microsoft Money (.ofx)
- Comma Separated Values (.csv)
The APFlow Credit Card Importer allows you to:
- Import credit card transactions listed in one of the formats above
- Edit and save the vendor information in a secondary vendor database in Sage Paperless Construction
- Assign default coding to credit card transactions based on saved credit card defaults (general ledger account, job number, purchase order, subcontract, etc.)
- Match indexed credit card receipts to imported credit card transactions included on the Accounts Payable invoice
- Create (import) one or more AP invoices from your imported credit card transactions
