Summary
In Sage 300, pay out accrued vacation by creating a separate timecard.
Resolution
- Create a timecard for the employee.
- Select the correct accrual code.
- Choose the Type of Payment.
- Depending on your accrual method, enter the number of hours and rate, or the total amount you’ll be paying.
- Repeat steps 1 through 4 for each employee for whom you want to pay accrued vacation.
- Run Calculate Payroll.
- To confirm the figures, print the Pre-check Register Report.
- To print the checks and post the batch, click Payroll Checks.
