How to verify the number of records in a table

How to verify the number of records present in a certain database table, in Sage 100 Contractor.

1. Open the window where the records are created. For example, the following:
   • 1-3 Journal Transactions
   • 3-2 Receivable Invoices/Credits
   • 4-2 Payable Invoices/Credits
   • 5-2-1 Employees
   • 5-2-2 Payroll Records
   • 6-6-1 Purchase Orders
   • 11-2 Work Orders/Invoices/Credits
2. Click File, Count
3. Make note of the number of records found.
