How to verify the number of records present in a certain database table, in Sage 100 Contractor

Resolution

  1. Open the window where the records are created. For example, the following:
    1. 1-3 Journal Transactions
    2. 3-2 Receivable Invoices/Credits
    3. 4-2 Payable Invoices/Credits
    4. 5-2-1 Employees
    5. 5-2-2- Payroll Records
    6. 6-6-1 Purchase Orders
    7. 11-2 Work Orders/Invoices/Credits
  2. Click File, Count
  3. Make note of the number of records found.
