Summary

Use the "File, Count" function to verify the number of records stored in a Sage 100 Contractor database table.

Resolution

  1. Open the window that contains the records you want to count.
  2. Examples include:
    • 1-3 Journal Transactions
    • 3-2 Receivable Invoices/Credits
    • 4-2 Payable Invoices/Credits
    • 5-2-1 Employees
    • 5-2-2 Payroll Records
    • 6-6-1 Purchase Orders
    • 11-2 Work Orders/Invoices/Credits
  3. Click File, Count.
  4. Review the total number of records displayed.
  5. Record the count if needed for troubleshooting or verification.
