Cause

State unemployment, employer percentage and annual maximum earnings aren’t maintained or updated by product updates. These fields are manually maintained by the customer in Federal/State tax codes. 

Resolution

Below are steps to change your states employer percentage and annual maximum earning.

  1. From the Navigation Pane, select Setup, Codes, Payroll, Federal/State Tax Codes
  2. Select state unemployment code
  3. Enter the employer percentage and annual maximum earnings for that state
  4. Click 'Save'
