Steps to duplicate

In ABC Company 1.Go to Sales Order, Inquires, Invoice History Inquiry 2.Select an Invoice with Shipping information 3.Press the tracking button 4.On the Summary Package Tracking Inquiry enter a tracking number and press the tracking button 5.Web browser page will open but will get a “Cannot display webpage” or an error 500. similar message appears when clicking the map/compass icon in AR Customer Maintenance/Inquiry next to the address section on the main tab
