In ABC Company
1.Go to Sales Order, Inquires, Invoice History Inquiry
2.Select an Invoice with Shipping information
3.Press the tracking button
4.On the Summary Package Tracking Inquiry enter a tracking number and press the tracking button
5.Web browser page will open but will get a “Cannot display webpage” or an error 500.
similar message appears when clicking the map/compass icon in AR Customer Maintenance/Inquiry next to the address section on the main tab
