Error: "Unable to print report. You do not have security access..."

Error: "Unable to print the report. You don't have security access to the following fields in this report" when attempting to print any Sage 100 Contractor report.

1. Connect to the company with Administrator rights.
2. Go to the menu option containing the field mentioned in the error.
3. On a blank record, click the field referenced in the error to position your cursor there.
4. Press the F7 key on your keyboard to display the Field Properties window for the field.
5. In the Permit access to area, select the security group associated with the user running the report.
6. Click Save.
7. Ask the user to log out and back into the company.
8. Print or preview the report.

 NOTE: If the security access message referenced the RECNUM (Record#) field:

1. Connect to the company with Administrator rights.
2. Go to the menu option containing the field mentioned in the error.
3. Click in the Record# field.
   • When hidden, right-click the header area in the list window and select "Select Columns to show"
4. Press the F7 key on your keyboard.
5. Make no changes.
6. Click Save.
7. Ask the user to log out and back into the company.
8. Print or preview the report.
