ARCHIVE: How to change the Timeout setting in eCenter

Summary

Entry of time freezes periodically.

Cause

The eCenter website is automatically closing the connection due to a timeout setting

Resolution

  1. Login to eCenter at http://www.sagetimeslipsecenter.com
  2. Click on Timekeeper Settings
  3. Change the Timeout Setting value to the number of minutes desired
    • Note that setting the value to 0 (zero) disables the timeout
  4. Save the updated information.
