_ExternalURL user using license _ExternalURL appears in Master Console using up a license for each instance

  1. Open Master Console
  2. Make note of the PID for the task _ExternalURL user
  3. Log into Sage 100 Application Server
  4. Open Windows Task Manager (Right-click Start button then select Task Manager)
  5. Select Details tab
  6. Right-click Name column then select 'Select Columns'
  7. Select the 'Command Line' checkbox then click OK
  8. Locate the PID from Step 2 then expand the Command Line column
     NOTE: This should provide more information about the task\program being ran by the _ExternalURL account
