Integrate Sage CRM with Sage 100 by setting up the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module and linking it to a Sage 100 Company.
CAUTION:
Starting with Sage CRM 2026 R1, Sage CRM is no longer bundled with the Sage 100 CRM integration components. Sage CRM is now installed or updated as a standalone product, while the Sage 100 CRM integration components are included in the Sage 100 build and must be installed for your version of Sage 100. For Sage 100 2026, you can access the integration components here: Download Sage CRM 2026 R1 Integration Component for Sage 100 . This updated delivery model simplifies installation and allows Sage CRM and Sage 100 to be installed or upgraded independently.
Sage 100/CRM integration connects Sage 100 Accounts Receivable and Sales Order modules with Sage CRM.
The integration uses Sage 100 - CRM Server Options and CRM Company Options to control how data syncs between both systems.
TIP:
The Sage 100 Integration Engine (for integration with Sage CRM), installed by Sage 100 on the Sage 100 server, isn’t the same as the CRM Integration Engine (to allow CRM external integration) installed during the CRM install on the CRM server.
See Related Resources for information on removing existing Sage CRM integration from Sage 100.
See Related Resources for information on how to manually install or uninstall the Sage 100 Integration Engine (to communicate with Sage CRM).
TIP:
See the Sage 100 Help in-product and online for more details on setting up Sage 100 Integration with Sage CRM.
