Resolution

To copy the security defaults from one user to another:

  1. Go to 7-2-2 User List
  2. Click Copy User Defaults
  3. On the left, select the user whose settings you would like to copy
  4. On the right, select the user whom you would like to copy the settings to
  5. Click OK, then Yes to confirm, then OK again
  6. Close the copy user defaults window
  7. The user that you copied the defaults to will need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.

Note: Copying user defaults does not copy security settings to the new user because security is based on groups, not individual users. In addition, desktop settings are not copied to the new user because desktop settings are computer-specific.

DocLink: When printing reports to PDF, you receive "Error in processing report. Error Details: The handle is invalid". In addition, when previewing or printing to paper, reports only print one line per page
