Summary

Sage 300 supports Windows 10 for versions 2014, 2016, and 2017 in on-premises environments. Review the browser and feature limitations before deploying Sage 300 on Windows 10.

Resolution

We support Windows 10 for Sage 300 versions 2014, 2016 and 2017 for on Premise installs with the exceptions mentioned below.

NOTE:

  • Windows 10 support applies to client workstations. Microsoft didn't release a Windows 10 server version until 2016.
  • Internet Explorer 11 included with Windows 10 is compatible when you use Compatibility Mode.
  • Sage 300 doesn't support Microsoft Edge because Edge doesn't support ActiveX plug-ins.
  • Sage 300 Online RDS doesn't support Microsoft Edge because Edge doesn't support ActiveX.
  • Sage CRM Integration doesn't support Microsoft Edge because Edge doesn't support ActiveX.
