How do I schedule an appointment for a Timeslips support callback?
Cause
Resolution
You can schedule a support appointment if you have a Platinum, Pro, or Elite support plan by using our MS Booking website.
Click on the Microsoft Bookings web site link here Timeslips Support Appointment
- Select the date and time of the desired appointment
- Add your contact information
- Provide your Sage account number
- Select the type of appointment from the drop-down
- Support - for general support callbacks
- Installation - for Sage Timeslips Expert Services installation - note this a chargeable service and should be prepaid
- Provide additional information, including alternate phone numbers if needed
- Click BOOK
