How do I schedule an appointment for a Timeslips support callback?

Resolution

You can schedule a support appointment if you have a SAN, Platinum, Pro, or Elite support plan by using our MS Booking website.
Click the Microsoft Bookings web site link here Timeslips Support Appointment
  1. Select the date and time of the desired appointment
  2. Add your contact information
  3. Provide your Sage account number
  4. Provide additional information, including alternate phone numbers if needed
  5. Click BOOK
After making the appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately at the email that was provided


Note:  You shouldn’t make appointments for Sage Timeslips Go, Sage Timeslips Anywhere, or installation issues

  • For Sage Timeslips Go or Timeslips Anywhere issues, email the Timeslips Go team at [email protected] for assistance with your issue. 
  • For remote or phone assistance with an installation contact the Sage Timeslips sales team at 1-800-285-0999, Option 2 then ask about the Expert Install Service.
