Schedule a Sage Timeslips support appointment through the Microsoft Bookings website. Only customers with SAN, Platinum, Pro, or Elite support plans can create an appointment using the online scheduling process.

Schedule a support appointment

  1. Select the Timeslips Support Appointment link.
  2. Choose the appointment date and time.
  3. Enter your contact information.
  4. Provide your Sage account number.
  5. Add any extra details, including alternate phone numbers.
  6. Select Book to schedule the appointment.
  7. Wait for the confirmation email sent to the address you entered.

NOTE:

Don’t schedule appointments for Sage Timeslips Go, Sage Timeslips Anywhere, or installation issues. For Sage Timeslips Go or Timeslips Anywhere issues, email [email protected]. For installation assistance, call the Sage Timeslips sales team at 1‑800‑285‑0999, Option 2, then ask about the Expert Install Service.
