Resolution

You can schedule a support appointment if you have a Platinum, Pro, or Elite support plan by using our MS Booking website.

Click on the Microsoft Bookings web site link here Timeslips Support Appointment
  1. Select the date and time of the desired appointment
  2. Add your contact information
  3. Provide your Sage account number
  4. Select the type of appointment from the drop-down
      • Support - for general support callbacks
      • Installation - for Sage Timeslips Expert Services installation - note this a chargeable service and should be prepaid
  5. Provide additional information, including alternate phone numbers if needed
  6. Click BOOK
After making the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email immediately at the email that was provided
