How do I schedule an appointment for a Timeslips support callback?
You can schedule a support appointment if you have a SAN, Platinum, Pro, or Elite support plan by using our MS Booking website.
Click the Microsoft Bookings web site link here
Timeslips Support Appointment - Select the date and time of the desired appointment
- Add your contact information
- Provide your Sage account number
- Provide additional information, including alternate phone numbers if needed
- Click BOOK
After making the appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately at the email that was provided
Note: You shouldn’t make appointments for Sage Timeslips Go, Sage Timeslips Anywhere, or installation issues
- For Sage Timeslips Go issues email the Timeslips Go team at [email protected] for assistance with your issue.
- For Sage Timeslips Anywhere issues email the Expert Services team at [email protected] for assistance with your issue.
- For remote or phone assistance with an installation contact the Sage Timeslips sales team at 1-800-285-0999, Option 2 then ask about the Expert Install Service.
