Resolution

To run the Synchronize Payroll History:

  1. Access Sage HRMS.
  2. At the top right of the screen, change from Enterprise in the employer filter to the desire employer.
  3. Next select Employees, Processes, Synchronize Payroll History.
  4. The Employer field will now display the selected Employer.
  5. The last Synch displays the date when the last Synchronize completed.

NOTE:

These instructions assume the Sage 300 Payroll Link integration set up to synchronize data with Sage HRMS. Download the Integration Guide from the Sage HRMS customer portal or contact your Sage Channel Partner for help.
