CAUTION:

Use caution when working with the below product functionality. Always create a backup of your data before proceeding with advanced solutions. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage business partner, network administrator, or Sage customer support analyst.

Add an image to a bill or statement layout

  1. Click Bills, then select Bill and Statement Layouts.
  2. Double-click the bill or statement layout you want to edit.
  3. From Go to section, select the section where the image will appear.
  4. Click Tools, Insert, then select Graphic.
  5. Browse to the image file, then click Open.

Timeslips places the image in the selected layout section.

Use an alternate method if the image won’t insert

Some image file types don’t insert using the standard method. Use this workaround instead.

  1. Open the image in Windows Paint.
  2. Select the image, then copy it using Right-click, Copy, or Ctrl + C.
  3. Open the bill layout in Timeslips.
  4. Click the top area of the section where the image belongs.
  5. Paste the image using Ctrl + V.
  6. Move and resize the image as needed.

Important limitations

NOTE:

You can add images only to printed bill layouts.

  2. Double-click the bill or statement layout that you want to add the graphic to.
  3. Click the Go to section dropdown menu and select the section where you want to add the graphic.
  4. Click Tools, then Insert from the dropdown menu and select Graphic.
  5. Browse to the graphic you want to insert and select Open.
  6. The system places the graphic in the selected section.
