Cause

Procore Drive software is installed on the machine. Procore Drive (Procore Technologies' DropBox application) is known to be incompatible with the Crystal Runtime engine used by Sage.
  • It is to upload large files and schedules to their Cloud

Resolution

This issue was resolved in Procore Drive version 1.11.6 and later.
