What files should I back up for my year-end processes?

  • Create a backup for any active companies. A single backup file (*.BBK) can contain all companies within a single database. Create one backup file per database

When should I make the backup of my data?

  • It’s important to make regular backups of your data. If you do any data processing monthly the recommendation is to make a backup monthly as well for year end
