How to pause and resume sharing a Remote Data Access company

 NOTE: In order to pause or resume sharing, you must be an administrator in the company. 

Pause a Remote Data Access company:

To access certain functions within a shared Sage Drive company the sharing of the data must be paused temporarily. Follow the steps below to pause sharing of a Sage Drive company.

1. Go to File, Remote Data Access, Pause Sharing.
2. Click Continue on the notification screen.
3. Click OK on the confirmation window. 

Resume sharing a Remote Data Access company:

1. Go to File, Remote Data Access, Resume Sharing.
2. Click OK on the confirmation window.
