  1. Have all users exit all Sage applications.
  2. From the Job Cost Tools menu, select Move, Transactions, Current to Current.
  3. Select the destination folder and click Open.
    Note: The destination folder must be different from your live folder.
  4. If prompted to create a current file, click Yes.
  5. Click Conditions and add applicable conditions for the transactions you want to move.
  6. Click Start and review the journal to verify that the transactions moved successfully.
