Sage Timeslips displays a restore error when the application can’t access or process a backup file. The issue often relates to file damage or path limitations.
- The backup file is invalid or damaged
- The restore file path is too long
Restore using an alternate backup
- Select a different backup file and start the restore process again
Restore from a local folder
- Copy the backup file from the flash drive to a local server folder.
- Run the restore again from the local location.
Restore to a new database
- Choose the option to restore the backup into a new database name
