Summary

This error occurs when you export from Sage 300 using a Click-to-Run version of Excel. This usually happens when the Access Database Engine is missing or corrupt

Cause

Microsoft Access Database Engine is corrupt

Resolution

To resolve the issue:

  • Download and install Microsoft Access Database Engine 32-bit with /quite mode parameter
