Known Third-Party Crystal Conflict List

 

 

The Crystal Runtime 13.0.21 isn’t backwards compatible with versions 13.0.20 and below. Sage Fixed Assets 2018.1 and above use Crystal Runtime version 13.0.21.

Third-party applications that conflict in crystal runtime with Sage Fixed Assets:

• Blackbaud
• The Financial Edge
• Vista Viewpoint
• MS Dynamics
• SysPro
• Foy Inc EPICS
• On Guard Alarm Monitoring
• Crystal Viewer

The two products are unable to generate reports when installed on the same machine. Install Sage Fixed Assets onto a separate machine (VM is possible).

 

Crystal workaround: Starting with SAP ® Crystal Reports runtimes SP21 (13.0.21) and higher, it’s possible to create an .exe.config. This redirects the program to use older Crystal libraries contained in the SAP ® Crystal Reports runtimes SP21.
Contact the third-party application vendor support about the .exe.config file option.
