Summary
An explanation of the functions that are available in read-only mode.
Resolution
After a subscription plan expires, there’s a 10-day grace period in which you can still access your data. When the grace period ends, the software will go into a read-only state. Once the software is in read-only mode, you'll only be able to view your data. The following options aren’t allowed once the software is in read only:
- Printing transactions
- Exporting
- Changes to data or transactions
- Importing payroll information
- Calculated payroll reports won’t work; see Can I run payroll reports without the payroll service?
- Printing reports, besides the reports named above, is allowed
Contact Sage sales to enable your subscription again for full access to your data.
