Foreign currencies in Sage Fixed Assets

Sage Fixed Assets only supports the native currencies of each organization type within the system. This will be either US dollars or Canadian dollars.

 

• The system can’t transfer assets or convert values between US and Canadian organizations
• There are no utilities or settings available to set the currency of a given book or company
• Each book can have a different value. This allows each book to function as a separate currency. There isn’t a way to set currencies or have automatic currency conversion
