NOTE: This will not automatically populate information into a newly opened book. See How to copy a book and/or How to apply book defaults for information on populating empty books.
In Sage Fixed Assets:
- Go to the File, Edit Company.
- Click the Book Defaults tab, under the appropriate book; change the Open Book drop down to No if you wish to close the book or to YES if you wish to open the book.
- Click OK to save the change.
