How to create a group of only Active assets

<All Complete Assets> includes disposed or transferred assets.

In Sage Fixed Assets:

1. Go to: Customize, Group Manager.
2. Type a name of the group. Click Add.
3. In the group criteria dialog box: Choose Activity Code, is currently, A and click Add.
   • Note: All other Activity codes (A, D, F, J, K, L, M, N) will appear. Double-click on Find What: to deselect everything, delete the other codes, and leave only A.
4. Click OK to save the changes in the group, then click OK again to close the Group Manager.
5. On the Report Definition screen of any Standard report, select the group from the Group dropdown box. Click Run Report.
