Locate unshipped items from a sales order
Resolution
In order to locate back ordered items the Sales Backorder report can be run. To access the report from the Sales Order screen, click Reports, and then Sales Backorder Report.
Note: The Sales Backorder Report goes by the ship date and not the Date on the Sales Order. As a workaround, set the report date to the end of the year.
