Error: "Address violation error..." when opening Client list or Timekeeper list

Summary

After clicking Names, Client Info or Timekeeper Info  an address violation occurs

Resolution

Reset the preferences for the section

  1. Select Setup, Preferences...
  2. Click Appearance and then the small Advanced hyperlink
  3. Mark Client List and Entry or Timekeeper List and Entry as applicable
  4. Click OK, Yes, and OK again
