After clicking Names, Client Info or Timekeeper Info an address violation occurs
Reset the preferences for the section
- Select Setup, Preferences...
- Click Appearance and then the small Advanced hyperlink
- Mark Client List and Entry or Timekeeper List and Entry as applicable
- Click OK, Yes, and OK again
