Resolution

Part of the IRS requirements for the Affordable Care Act is for employers to report the value of the health insurance coverage they provide employees on the Form W-2.

  1. Open the 5-3-1 Payroll Calculations window.
  2. Select the health care calculation you need to report on the W-2.
  3. In the Reporting Panel, type 12 in the W-2 Box field. 
  4. In the W-2 Code field, type the code DD.
  5. Click Save and exit the window.
