Why do I have two ACA Hours fields to fill in on my 5-2-2 Payroll Record, in Sage 100 Contractor?
Resolution
ACA hours are tracked monthly. There are two ACA boxes in the header of the 5-2-2 Payroll Record if the Period Start and Period End dates of the payroll record span two separate calendar months. The ACA hours for the earlier month would be in the left box, and the ACA hours for a later month would be in the right box.
EXAMPLE: The employee works 30 hours in November and 10 hours in December on a single payroll record. In this scenario, 30 hours would appear in the left ACA box and 10 in the right ACA box.
