How to configure employee access to Sage HR

Summary

How to configure whether or not an employee will have access to online payslips.

Resolution

Note: When added to Sage HR, employees are automatically granted access to online payslips.


To remove access to online payslips:

  1. Go to File, Sage HR, Manage employee access.
  2. On the Employees with access tab, place a check mark next to the employee(s) you're taking away access for, and click Remove access.
  3. Click Close.

Access to online payslips can be removed temporarily. To reinstate it, just grant access again.

To grant access to online payslips:

  1. Go to File, Sage HR, Manage employee access.
  2. On the Employees without access tab, place a check mark next to the employee(s) you're giving access to, and click Allow access.
  3. Click Close.
