Summary
How to configure whether or not an employee will have access to online payslips.
Resolution
Note: When added to Sage HR, employees are automatically granted access to online payslips.
To remove access to online payslips:
- Go to File, Sage HR, Manage employee access.
- On the Employees with access tab, place a check mark next to the employee(s) you're taking away access for, and click Remove access.
- Click Close.
Access to online payslips can be removed temporarily. To reinstate it, just grant access again.
To grant access to online payslips:
- Go to File, Sage HR, Manage employee access.
- On the Employees without access tab, place a check mark next to the employee(s) you're giving access to, and click Allow access.
- Click Close.
