What data gets uploaded to Sage HR?

Which data fields upload to and sync with Sage HR from Sage 50 Accounting?

The following fields sync between Sage 50 and Sage HR during uploads or Sage HR Sync:

• First Name *
• Last Name *
• Address Line 1
• Address Line 2
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Home Phone
• Work Phone
• Primary Email *
• Birth date

*Required field

If non-required fields are blank

• Any fields that are blank in the initial upload to Sage HR won't sync for that employee
• You'll need to add those fields to the employee in Sage HR manually
• Once you add the fields in Sage HR, they'll sync normally
